n. 智力, 智慧; 理解力 ；情报, 消息；情报人员
(1)information是强调提供给别人的情报，intelligence则不一定要传给别人
。因此，美国的中央情报局是the central intelligence agency of the us
(2)intelligence是智能的意思，不仅指人的智能，还只其他动物的智能；
intellect指的是推理的能力和理解力，指人所特有的。
