1、表达“需要”的句型
【doing+will require/entail】
（窃以为这个句型是万能的，无论是用在正面还是负面作文都能用上）
例句：Addressing non-point pollution like fertilizer overuse will require additional efforts, because straightforward technical or regulatory solutions are not applicable.
2、表达“形势严峻”（这个应该也是万能，因为对负面作文，解决问题面临的形势严峻；写正面作文，也是得弘扬···从而解决问题；至于人生、道德、职业、文化之类的，也都应该有这样一个待解决的问题，或者说目标）
【The challenges that ···face···are enormous】
The challenge that the central and local government face in protecting the country's groundwater resources are enormous.
ps本人不喜欢背模板，因为模板不符合马克思主义具体问题具体分析的原理，但是矛盾又有普遍性，任何作文都是有话题的，任何话题都是存在对立的问题的，任何问题都是需要解决的....
